We can repair anything from a leaky faucet to install a new water system. Most items fall under our hourly service rate of $135/hour plus materials. Some items such as water heater replacement, back flow testing & replacement, drain cleaning, sewage ejector replacement, etc. are charged under a fixed price.

Our office is located in Mount Airy, MD, however we service the surrounding areas in Montgomery County, Frederick County, Carroll and Howard Counties. Our office hours are 8 am - 4 pm Monday through Friday. We do offer emergency services after hours and on weekends. Steve came out on a Saturday to solve a blocked sewer pipe problem. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. No BS just got it fixed and was very helpful.

Professional, courteous, prompt, and reasonably priced. I have used them several times. I stopped comparing to others, because Flow Rite's solutions were always more reasonable and cost-effective than the competition's.

Really disappointing & poor service. Flow Rite did a big job for us several months ago. We had the same problem re-occur and called on a Saturday. They said their snake was broken. That's a good one for a plumber!!

Fast and pleasant expertise!

This company is highly rated on Consumer Checkbook and I can see why. I had a list of tasks/adjustments that Chris knocked off in an hour: replacement of toilette parts, washers, cleaning out drain, adjusting couplings, etc.

This company is now on my list of great house care companies.

Flow Rite was very helpful to us when we were doing a lot of work on our home during 2014 to put it on the market. The plumbers were very efficient, and they gave us a comprehensive quote before doing the work. The prices were reasonable. I would recommend their service.
