Here at Mansfield Fine Jewelry we specialize in custom, one of a kind, pieces made specifically for our customers! We design everything in house with our CAD program, 3D print a model for you to hold and see and finish up with the casting and any stone setting! We pride ourselves on being able to keep everything in house so we can always keep you up to date on the status of your custom design.

John and his son, Thomas, are true craftsmen who can do just about anything. They designed and fabricated a custom setting for my wife's engagement ring that allowed her to wear it at work without it snagging on things. They have also designed from scratch custom ear rings and pendants from old diamonds from my grandmother's jewelry to allow these stones to remain in our family. These guys are the best and you'd be foolish to go to a chain store.

After going to zales to look for a mothers day gift and nobody took the initiative to help me, the lady just said we don't got much and literally just pointed to a spot and i showed myself some jewelry. I'm glad they didn't help me though because I found this wonderful place. They didn't have what I wanted in stock but he quickly pulled out the book showing me everything I could possibly think of. Super friendly staff. They have definitely earned a customer for life.

I have taken multiple watches here for repairs and even links being removed. The are so nice and very affordable!! I’m never charged more for my watch battery replacement because of my watch brand either. Other places have charged me triple the price because of the brand. They are very honest with repairs and I have never been charged if it can’t be fixed. I highly recommend them!

I had a lot of hesitation taking my engagement ring to be resized. It was my fiancé’s grandmother’s engagement ring and is a precious family heirloom. But they did an amazing job reassuring me they would take good care it. They also noticed a few missing prongs and fixed them to ensure I wouldn’t lose the original diamonds. They were so kind and did a fantastic job. I hardly recognized the ring when they were finished, it sparkled for probably the first time since 1958 and the resizing was perfect. Plus they have a sweet puppy who hangs out behind the counter and likes to say hello to costumers

I took my wedding band in to Mansfield Fine Jewelry to have it cleaned and inspected. Several of my diamonds were lose as well, so I needed to have them secured. Not only did they have my ring back to me within three business days, but the cost was literally one fourth of what the big chain jewelry store was going to charge. I love that my wedding ring never left the store to be fixed off site, and the service was top notch. Absolutely recommend Manfield Fine Jewelry!

Been in business over 30 years. John can make, size or repair just about anything. Made my wedding ring in 1990 and been going back ever since.....update...Thomas just did my most recent job. A combo of custom/repair work. Took a vintage silver and turquoise watch band and added my antique watch face to it. Required some ingenuity and "surgery" but it turned out fantastic.
