We've been in our new house about a month and for the most part, we love it. The builder still has several things to finish up though.
UPDATED: After initially posting this review with our concerns, Brett contacted us and he's completing our last to-do items with some much appreciated urgency. Aside from a few communication bumps in the road, no doubt, Brett does top notch quality work. Highly recommended.

Brett and his team built us a high quality, beautiful custom home in Prior Lake and we couldn't be happier.
We have a semi-modern open concept four bedroom / four bath home with high ceilings, including our finished basement, and an oversized three car garage. We were very involved in all decisions along the way, and would definitely recommend Brett and the Yorway team to build your custom home!

I built my first house with Brett and Yorway! I am in the process of bidding a new home for my family and I. We are 100% having Brett big our new home. The quality in our current home is amazing! The customer service was great. Some times Brett wouldn't call me back same day, but the next day he was on it! No big deal! The most impressive part was that we had a couple issues with the home 1.5 years after. This was due to some poor sheet rock tape. The 1 year full warranty was up. I called Brett and without question, Brett came out and made all repairs at no charge!! I have sent multiple clients

Yorway Homes built our home and my family and I could not be more pleased! We did not expect it to turn out the way we imagined it! Brett's homes are absolutely fantastic! He does not cut corners on materials like other builders do. We did our research before we decided to have Yorway build our home and we saw the difference in the materials other builders use versus what Brett uses.
