I’m not one to be extremely picky or rude but I booked a room using a travel site in order to save a little money. I used the site before so I knew it was reliable. I booked a room at this hotel and when I arrived to check in, the attendant was seemingly polite but when I wrote down the rate for which I already paid for online, she claimed that the rate was for a single bed room (I needed two beds) and that I would have to pay at the desk. I proceeded to ask why if I already had a charge on my account for the room. She said in her 25+ years of working there, no one had ever paid online before

We asked for a room with a comfortable bed n the male clerk said all the beds was comfortable but we had a room with flat pillows n you could feel the springs to the bed had a horrible rest plus we had roaches n the room smelled like mildew the carpet is very dirty and there was people with loud music playing outside in the parking lot wr pay close to 70 dollars a night for those kind of rooms they should charge less like 50 dollars the most

Room and customer service was worst I've ever experienced. My kids and I were locked in room because the door was jammed and had to remove window to get out. Huge safety hazard! On top of that there was fecal matter caked on the wall between the beds. Very disturbing experience to say the least.
Got money back and left asap! I do not recommend.
