Alex from Friend's Auto Service & Repair Center is the nicest guy ever. He has amazing customer service and genuinely cares for you and the needs of your car. Unfortunately I did not end up going with him (although he had extremely competitive prices) as I found another location that was closer to where my vehicle was at the time. I highly recommend this place and the next time something happens to any of my cars, I won't hesitate to bring my it to Alex.

Very poor customer service. Called at 3:30 on a Saturday phone was answered and put straight to hold, no introduction by either party’s line just “friends auto hold”. Line was silent till 3:55 and the call dropped. I called friends auto again only to get sent to there general mailbox because it’s just before closing time now. I was only calling for an estimate on my intake manifold gaskets. If I were a paying customer calling for an update on my vehicle and revived that quality of service I would rethink my mechanic choices.

Always incredible service. My family has been coming here for 25+ years. Multigenerational too. Beyond fair prices. Treats me with respect just like he did my dad. Also fast service. Even if you can tell they are busy they still try their best to work with you. I always tell my peers to go here if they need service.

I emailed Friends thru Yelp and got a response within 2 minutes, lightning fast! I was quoted about 150$ to change my spark plugs and scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday at 10am and then dropped my car off at 4pm Friday. My car was done at 10:30am Saturday and was told it would only be 100$ total...wow!!! They assured me there was nothing else that needed done on my car, a 2015 Chrysler 200 with 51000 miles. Had never had anything done to this car except for regular oil changes. I felt listened to and valued as a customer and will now refer others to Friends as well as come back

Every place I called prior to finding Friends Auto either couldn’t get the job done or I couldn’t take my car in for weeks. Not only could I drop it off immediately but they had the job done that same night. They’re friendly, fast paced and will not try to scam you like other places... I am so happy I finally found an honest mechanic to work on my car. Thank you Alex & team, I will definitely be returning.

Friend's Auto is fast, honest and professional. Our Chrysler minivan kept overheating and they did the diagnosis and fixed it all on the same day.
Their price was very fair and the work was done right first time! Need I say more...I would definitely use them again.

Prices are Reasonable and Low comparing to other shops.
A shop you go ONCE to get something fixed not 5,6 times like other shops (and they still have no clue what to do)

Just wanted to give credit where credit is due. This place is fair and already has a good rep, but as a newer customer the place hasn't lost a beat. I went in for a maintenance required light blinking on and it turned out to be just a routine oil change. No charge for the diagnostic, so I asked them to change the oil while it was in there. All done in a timely manner. Its good to find another good place after a while.

Called and asked them to look at my muffler for a quote. I spoke to Alex the owner. I feel really blessed to have ran across this place. He took care of my car and gave me a great discount. The wait was short and the lobby was nice. I feel like I got lucky because if I went anywhere else I would have spent a few hundred dollars. I 100% would go back for all my car repairs and oil changes. I will recommend this place to everyone I know! Thanks Alex!

I drove on a bad hub bearing for way too long, till it finally snapped and ruined my quarter panel with it , I had it towed to the closest shop which turned out to be friends auto. I knew I needed a hub bearing and I thought I needed the other side, Alex checked it out for me obviously I needed the one that snapped but he told me the other one was good, he fixed it and told me the sway bar links where bad, honestly I was going to sell the car because I thought it would never drive good again but after he worked his magic it's driving nice and tight, he even put my quarter panel up, I will
