The Abri Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization established in 2012 to support Real Estate and professional practice in Africa. Abri's mission is to organize and develop resources for the advancement of real estate in Africa. In tandem with our international partners, we conduct in-country research that analyzes the elements essential to Africa's rapidly growing property markets.
The Foundation's policy initiatives promotes and protects a fundamentally sound and dynamic real estate market and fosters a vibrant communities in Africa. The Real Estate Licensing Act would help eliminate fraud, dishonesty, unfair practices and improve competition in the industry. The involvement of the government body in the industry would help protect consumers by ensuring that all Real Estate professionals are licensed and properly educated.
Need help funding your Real Estate education? Imagine Abri Foundation's student scholarships can help you pay for Real Estate Education. Each year, Five students will be awarded scholarships through our educational programs to attend one of the more than 10 participating Real Estate graduate schools around the world.
Abri's training and education programs was created as a result of Research findings of the International Property Markets Scorecard Research Project - 'The Ghana Scorecard'. Abri Foundation will continue to mobilize capital and resources to support continuous research and educational programs in Ghana and to the rest of Africa.
The real estate market in Ghana is flooded with several online real estate listing service providers. None of the current service providers offer any added benefits to professionals; neither do they operate within a regulated framework to control activities or protect the consumer and the professional.
