My car broke down right before manchester on the way back home to Nashville. It was dark and I was terrified. Tiffany made me feel better and dispatched a truck right away. Kenny, the driver, arrived within twenty minutes and drove me all the way back to Nashville. Super nice guy! If I ever need a tow in that area again, I will without a doubt call Ikard again. They got me home safely. Thanks y’all!

On July 20, 2020, at 5:00pm Central Time, I had to have a 34ft motorhome and vehicle tow dolly towed, due to a breakdown. After 6 hrs of worthless back and forth with AGERO Roadside Assistance; I was finally able to have them agree to send out a wrecker service (That "I" was able to locate). Within about 30 mins of AGERO agreeing to send out the… wrecker service I found; Ikard Towing Service arrived with a HUGE wrecker. In no time, the drivers had hooked up, lifted the motorhome, removed its driveshaft, hooked up the tow dolly and headed to the repair shop; in less than 40 mins. My compliments

I just met one of Ikard's drivers at the Pilot travel center in Mont eagle Tennessee. It just so happened we both had our eyes on the same parking spot. I had circled around and was about to start backing into the spot and he jumped out of his truck and ran to my truck and said, "hey you mother f***** you're not going to get my parking spot" and I said, "oh I didn't know you were planning on getting it." I hope all of their drivers are not that mean and rude if so I would not want them to tow my truck anywhere and I definitely would not want to have to ride in

Great service when we were at their mercy!
Our daughter's '97 Camry broke down and she had to leave it at a business off of exit 117. We did not know anyone in the area and relied on AAA to provide a towing service so we could get the vehicle to a repair shop in Murfreesboro. They sent Ikard to our rescue!
Philip was right on time although he said he could have been early if AAA had given him the right phone number for us! He was courteous, friend and professional. He had the car loaded quickly and safely and delivered it to the shop in Murfreesboro without incident.
