Bryant and his team installed our new AC unit and furnace and we couldn’t be happier with their service! Extremely professional! After our 30-year-old unit kept causing us issues and wouldn’t cool our house in the middle of summer, I figured it was time to replace our system. I called Bryant and he was at my home within 10 minutes to look at everything. He gave us a bid with various options in different price ranges and came to install two days later in the rain! We will definitely be using them in the future and we love our nice, cool house!

Professional Prompt Knowledgeable Polite
Called Bryant late yesterday afternoon regarding our a/c not working. Since temps were cooler, not an emergency, but he said they would be here "tomorrow". By 9:30 this morning we have a working a/c again, and our new go to person for heating and air conditioning work!!

We live in Highland and our AC was blowing out air that wasn’t cold. The temperature in our house was on the rise and over 80 degrees and we have a new little baby. Bryant Voss got to us very quickly, was extremely nice, and was able to fix our AC.

Be warned do not use this company. V1 Comfort is neglectful and they do not follow through with the work that is promised to be done. So to start I have a home warranty and they hired V1 Comfort Solutions to repair my furnace. They performed a service call at my home and determined that they were not able to repair the problem due to age of the furnace and no parts being made any longer. So V1 then got the approval from the home warranty company to completely replace the furnace. I had appointments with V1 to come to my home to complete the work so I had taken off work and they were to be out to

I hate leaving negative reviews, but had a very bad experience with this company. The people are nice and respectable but not very punctual. A couple times no call no shows. Really wish they communicated better.

Definitely will use this company for any future needs! He came out on a last minute call to clean up a mess and fix a problem that another company couldn’t!!! Very professional, informative and honest. He also followed up after the service call to ensure everything was working to satisfaction. Don’t see that kind of service anymore! This company came recommend to me by word of mouth so I definitely want to pass it along here.
