Family law is concerned with intensely personal issues. When you need help with divorce, parenting time or other family law matters, you need a lawyer who has experience, knowledge and skill, but perhaps even more importantly, you need someone you can trust. We have been helping people like you in Osceola and Orange counties for more than 30 years.
Jeanine Corcoran - Julie is by far the BEST attorney in all of Osceola County! She helped me through a horrible divorce and she really shined when it came down to the courtroom. Her staff was always helpful and they made you feel like family. I highly recommend her! Ruben Ramos- client- By far the best firm in Oceloa County, very professional caring and helpful, if you need an excellent attorney you found her in Mrs Weinberger!
If you are going through a divorce, you are undoubtedly experiencing powerful emotions. You may be sad, angry, afraid, eager to get things over with, or feeling some combination of these and other emotions. All of this is perfectly normal and completely understandable for someone going through a situation like yours.
Florida family law has changed a lot over the years, and perhaps nowhere is this more apparent than in child custody and parenting time. In the past, the most common scenario was for one parent - usually the mother - to have primary residential custody. Today, the law recognizes that children benefit when both their parents are actively involved in raising them.

Julie, Theresa & Tonya are awesome. Julie fought for what I asked of her and was very successful. I don't know how a couple of these people posted negative reviews because they were great for my family, perhaps they're rival attorney friends or went in with a pretty un-winnable case or opposing litigants that were outclassed by Mrs Weinberger as it was in our case. All I know is she was great for me even after another attorney had put me in a pretty bad spot and after a sneak attack by someone against me. Mrs Julie made a stressful situation turn into a blessing in disguise. Love that lady and

I felt like she was all about business and her only true interest was to get as much money as she could... And she is not cheap price wise. At the end of the divorce nothing I said was relevant and I got stuck paying alimony for the rest of my life, now I need to get another lawyer to get me out of the mess she let happen.

Ms. Julie and Morgan are great. They were available when we needed them. Through the whole process they were professional. They really care about their clients needs, it's not about a paycheck for them. I highly recommend their firm if you need legal guidance. Thank you very much Mrs. and Ms. Weinberger.
