The foundation of our after school curriculum is the education and development of life-skills such as positive mental attitude, high goal setting, perseverance, self-control and confidence. Each day consists of going to work, picking the kids up from daycare and getting dinner ready fast enough to run right back out the door for evening activities.
In this 21st century, kids and youths all have now been used to modern gadgets and modern equipment like video games, play stations and specially internet using which they can do anything sitting at home. Still they like to play outside with friends, but have you ever thought this passion of playing can be used in making them learn martial arts.

Muay Thai or Thai Boxing is the national sport and cultural martial art of Thailand. It was developed several hundreds of years ago as a form of close-combat that utilizes the entire body as a weapon. Emphasizing striking of all kinds, utilizing fists, elbows, knees, and feet; Muay Thai is the ultimate martial art for striking.
Trial pass is $25 for 3 classes. We are highly recommend all future members to purchase those before enrolling membership. Our membership is month to month membership. However NLS required all member to give 30 days written notice to freeze, make any change or cancel account. Tryout pass: $25 for 3 classes, would like to do a drop in class first, before I decide to join? this limited only for one time purchase.

Great place to practice whether you are just starting out or been practicing for a while.. Kru is extremely knowledgeable in mulitple Traditional Arts. A SUPER ELITE striker and has a tremendous amount of patience and compassion for her students. Extremely professional , fun and friendly environment for anybody of all ages.. I have been practicing Martial Arts since 2003 and I would 100% recommend Nine Limbs Strikers to anyone seeking to learn from a quality instructor.

Best martial arts and training center in NC. Very friendly environment. You learn a lot.In my time being in this gym, Master Kru Pol and Mr. Albanese have transformed me into a whole new person. This is a great place to train, I didn’t have any sort of martial arts background before I came here, and I was nervous to start. But Kru Pol and the rest of the team made it feel welcoming. What I appreciate the most is the authenticity of the gym. It has a real feel too it, they train real fighters, you can attend no matter what your fitness goals are. I love coming here. Kru Pol is an excellent involved coach, and I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get healthier, learn a discipline, or just wants to work on themselves in general. 🙏

I HIGHLY recommend this business if you’re wanting your children to learn martial arts and be taught. I have had my kids come to this place while I was in town and I loved the environment and the instructors. The instructors are INCREDIBLE. My daughters couldn’t wait to go back!
