It only took 12 years for us to finally finish the house with patio and landscaping. After the concrete patio was completed by another contractor, Kueker's came in for the landscaping. We presented a draft (drawn by a friend) of how we wanted it finished. When asked about what type of plants we said low maintenance and dwarf. A small retaining wall was needed for water run-off and we were very concerned about how that would work. Work was finished in about a week in late Fall. I called them and asked for a quote, and let them know I have water drainage and washout problems that I need fixed to prevent damage to my building. They said someone would call me to arrange a quote. Nobody ever called. So I called back, they said they'd come out in a day or two and they'd call. Nobody ever came out or called. I continued to play phone-tag with them for almost three weeks, trying to get a quote for these very important repairs. Eventually, they said "nevermind, we aren't going to quote".
