Swinson AC installed several American Standard air conditionings at our building on highway 98 less than 2 years ago. The thermostat on one AC has gone out twice now in the last year and a half. When Pete Swinson refused to order the part and honor the warranty, I called another AC company and they informed me the thermostat was installed incorrectly and that was why he could not honor the warranty. They do not stand behind their work and they were extremely unprofessional about it. A reputable company would own their mistake and make it right.

A gentleman came out as quick as he could just to give me a free quote. He is the only one that actually checked everything on my A/C unit and was completely honest to tell me what no one else has. I had at least 7 different companies come out and they all told me to replace the entire unit inside and out. You can imagine this is going to be at least $5000. I am very pleased with the customer service that this company has provided me and can not wait to continue to do business with them. This company made my day 100% better. If you are looking for an A/c repair company than look no farther.
