Step 1 ---> Click the Body Weight Planner to calculate how many calories you need for your goal. Based on the number you get round up or down. For example, if you get 1476 calories, then you would get the 1500 calorie plan. Step 2 --> Go to the Nutrition Education Tab and purchase the Nutrition Coaching Service and book a 30 minute counseling session so that I can gather information from you.
The exercises and workouts will be focused on fat loss and "toning". You are able to buy the package or book per session. When you purchase the package, you are able to book into an available session of your choice. There will be 2 sessions a day and also 2 sessions on the weekends to make sure you are able to attend 3 days a week.
