I was locked outside of my car. Called a few companies but nobody was able to help me fast enough. I called got locked and they were able to send a tech right away. I only had to wait a few minutes even though it was already late at night . The job was done in less than 5 mins. I’m very satisfied with the job done and the pricing was also reasonable.

My mom and I had just been Christmas grocery shopping and had been going in and out of the house. Then the screen door locked behind us and we were locked out. Gabriel answered the call and was to my mom's house within an hour. He knew exactly what the issue was and replaced it on the spot. Price was very reasonable and he was a nice guy as well. If mom ever needs help again, she'll give him a ring. Gabriel also has a brick and mortar store, which is great too.

Now, all that should matter with a locksmith is quality, price and speed. But, all things being equal, if the locksmith is *really* good-looking, has a charming accent, and makes good conversation -- well, why not choose the one with the extras? Gabriel of Got Locked makes you almost want to need a locksmith. Anyway, at least he's a great guy -- and that helps take away some of the sting of spending money on re-keying or whatever.

Scam. Charged me $300 for a $25 lock and waited until AFTER they changed the lock to tell me that they couldn't fix one of the main things I called them out for -- the doorknob being very loose -- saying they didn't have the proper tool. Guy said "you need to call a locksmith". What?? I thought I had. So what? Now I have to call
Someone else out and pay them $300 to tighten a doorknob? If you'd told me you couldn't fix the doorknob (which he clearly knew before changing the lock but didn't tell me), then I would have called someone else. I feel scammed and the

Gabriel promised to come in 16 minutes and he WAS here! We were locked out of our backyard and it took no time for Gabriel to diagnose and fix our double lock. He was extremely courteous and professional. We will use him again and will recommend Gabriel to our friends and neighbors.

BIGGEST PIECE OF CRAP OUTFIT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! Wasted 2 hours of my time today!They tried to quote me $250 to make a door key for a 1997 Ford E-350 Van.
