Managing your own rental property(s) can be a huge hassle, whether it comes from finding a qualified tenant, collecting rent payments, or keeping up with the changing rental market. Sometimes even if you have a current property management company there is added stress if they aren't managing the property the way you want them to.
There are many benefits to having a property management company manage your rental instead of doing it yourself. Property management companies have harsher criteria when finding a new tenant. Managers are also strict on receiving rent payments on time. Property managers handle maintenance issues quickly with their trusted vendors.
You can also apply by downloading the paper application below, fill it out, and then email it into our office (please call to get the email.) Most of our properties will have a walk through video of the unit, we recommend watching the walk through video before submitting an application.

Checking your credit score constantly is an important attribute whether you are a renter or a home owner. Some credit cards will give you a free credit score without doing a hard inquiry. One site our office recommends is using Credit Karma. The site is completely free and doesn't run a hard inquiry.
