Amazing!! So easy to contact, either by phone or email. I always get a response right away and getting information is stress free for me. Prices are extremely competitive and you always feel like you're the most important customer. Incredible people in charge, they really care about you more than anything. Highly recommend!

We cancelled our policy. We signed paperwork to cancel the policy. I was still charged for the policy after the cancellation and had an over draft fee charged because I only keep enough money in that account to cover monthly bills. I am fighting with them to recover the fee AND I had to cancel the policy with the main customer service line because the agent did not do her job and was not helpful. This is the reason we're with Farm Bureau now. If you want Erie or Progressive insurances, go somewhere else.

Awesome group of people. David and his staff are always available when needed. They go above and beyond to answer questions and provide assistance. David even came to the office and helped with our yearly insurance audit and that impressed me he came himself and didn't send someone else. He is top notch. Highly recommend.

I contacted David Peake Insurance 1 month ago for a quote on 3 rental properties. They were given all the information about the rentals to give me a quote. Never heard back from them, so 2.5 weeks later called back again. I was told the person was on vacation and would contact me the next week. Still have never heard back. This is terrible customer service and I will not call back again.
