Located in Plaistow, New Hampshire Colonial Auto Body has been proudly serving southern NH and northern MA for the past 27 years We are an insurance Direct Repair Facility that will take you through the repair process from start to finish. We will write the initial estimate and upload it to the insurance carrier.
Next, the parts will be preordered then you will be contacted with a date and time to drop off the vehicle. Upon arriving at the body shop a pre-arranged rental will be waiting. Repairs will begin and we will contact you with updates as often or seldom as you would like. When the repairs are completed you need only to drop the rental off at the shop and drive away with your professionally repaired vehicle.

Colonial Auto Body was great from the start. I did not have to do much at all with the help of Allstate Insurance. They suggested to use them so I rolled with it hoping for the best and was happily surprised. Got an estimate done the following day after set up claim. Car was in shop for two weeks and came out beautifully, they were even washing it when I came to pick it up (also appeared to have gotten detailed/cleaned up a bit inside). There were some sensor issues so next day dropped back off to get a free rental car while they brought to dealership to get fixed. Overall, easy, convenient, honest

Very professional and skilled outfit. They were great at keeping me informed, very friendly, did great work, and returned my vehicle cleaner than when I dropped it off.
