We hired out super movers to assist with a move. We called three times before the move to confirm our appointment, each time we were assured that we were on their schedule and that all was well. The day before the move we called just to make absolutely sure to which super movers again confirmed our appointment. On the day of after several long calls we were informed that they in fact did not have us scheduled and that they would not honor their agreement. They even went as far as to ignore our calls.
