Service was so bad wanna treat you like if your an animal if you move your feet they get mad and the guy his short with attitude says you want it or not I was like yea I wan my pedicure just be gentle!!!! Got up and worked on another client!!! So rude and unprofessional never again!!!!!

The place is very nice and clean . The 3rd time I went was a huge disappointment, the tech. Cut my nail too short and filed it down even shorter , she even argue that it wasn’t too short. . I ended up still paying more than my usual place for short gel nails . Never went back.

My mom, sister and I went to get pedicures done here for my birthday this past Monday and they were AMAZING! So sweet, professional, amazing work, and more importantly so relaxing! We have been going to another nail salon for 10+ years and were ready to find a new permanent home. I think we landed a good one! 10/10 recommend and their drinks at their full bar are delicious!

I loved this place the first time I came here, it was great! But, the second time around I had a horrible experience. With that I got there at 4-ish to be the last one to leave the salon around 8pm. They wore rushing me to pay and nails wore not completely dry. When I reached in my wallet they got ruined and my pedicure got ruined due to rushing out the store cause they wore closed. I told them my nails got ruined and they said to come the following day, so I did. Only to be seated and be there waiting over a 1 hour while people who came after me to be seated getting their nails done. I told the

Just be prepared to spend close to $100 on a full set EVERY time & they won't tell you until the end!
They charge $5 or more for EVERYTHING!!!
They charge extra for every and all shapes so not sure what the basic gets you and they have failed to explain it! When you pick a color they are trained to tell ALL customers that the color looks great! I asked for short nails they do longer then charged me for it! Guess they don't care for tips! Not sure how they will gain loyal customers is they are always over charging us!! SMDH

So I’m a person that tries to give salons the benefit of the doubt when i don’t receive the best service but I’ve just about had it with the place. I want to start by sayin that the staff is very nice and the establishment is decently clean but that’s where the compliments stop. I’ve been here on five separate occasions and the work just never looks like a professional did it. Wendy did an excellent job on my ombré acrylic nails. I showed her a picture and she delivered. She also recommended a great shade that goes well with my skin tone.
A sweet woman named Cindy (?) worked on my mom’s deluxe manicure. She was a good conversationalist, but put the polish on incorrectly, and it immediately wrinkled. The workers didn’t hesitate to fix it though. If wrinkled again when we left the salon.
They work hard and are great conversationalists. The salon is incredibly clean and everyone comes with an A+ attitude. 9/10 experience, definitely coming back for my fill in.

I'm used to a clear coat over gel nails so I'm a little torn on what rating to give. Management and staff were nice and complimentary drink was delish. It's for treating someone on their birthday or special occasion. Perhaps won't replace my regular place but I commend them on cleanliness and elegant decor.

I came here right before they closed and they were able to accommodate me. Tina did my birthday nails and she did an amazing job. I'm very picky when I get acrylics because I don't like them too thick but Tina made them just the right thickness. She also did an amazing job shaping them! Overall I thank Tina and do plan on coming to see her again!

The woman who runs this place is amazing. Watching her interact with her clients is like watching a movie. She makes everyone feel like the most important client even though you know you're not the only one. Tracy (I think is her name) the nail technician is the absolute best as well. If I had time to schedule an appointment i would only have her do mine. Not that any of the other technicians are bad, she's just the best.

I had no idea that a gel manicure could smudge by the time I got home! Also, there's a finger "imprint" on my supposed GEL nail!! What?? The employees here are unable to understand general American speech. That is a definitive language barrier that I have never encountered in other Asian salons.
I gave this place one star for bright/ modern decor, but my nails were not GEL even though I paid for that!!! The service that I received was definitely not worth the one star. Did yourself a favor and don't go there unless you want smudged nails!

I am writing this review because my nail tech Vy did such an awesome jo with taking my hang nails out they are like super terrible and disgusting! She took them out in less than 5seconds!! Without hurting me, I have a bad hx of hang nails I'm sure any pedi place I go to will talk about how gross my feet were with those hang nails! Def hands down ask for vy if you need your toes to be done right ! !

I love this place! Great ambiance, very patient, kind and professional! They have done my nails perfectly each time and ensuring that I get the best experience. Drinks are great! The massage chairs are amazing & so are the awesome pedicures.
On this most recent visit Mrs. V clipped my sons nails (complimentary) he did so well with her since he’s autistic he doesn’t like certain things like having his nails clipped. She slayed my nails once again 💅🏽 they are always so cool letting me take my time to choose a color & I chose 3 ☺️😍 super friendly & kind EVERY TIME! Thank you!
