My job description says I'm a tow truck operator. I can winch you out of the ditch, change your flat tire, give you a jump start or tow your disabled vehicle to a repair facility. But do you know what else I can do? I can be a husband, wife, father, mother, son, daughter, sister or brother. Can you move over or slow down when you see me working on the side of the roadway?

Went out of town for a business meeting to come home and find my yard with tire marks and mud on my sidewalk. After reviewing my ring camera my neighbor across the street had their car towed.First of all they arrived not with a towing truck but a car hitch. Secondly you had space to turn around considering both me and my husband where out of town and no cars were in my driveway, and third you destroyed personal property. Not only did you go over the curb into my yard but you backed up and did it again. I called on Wednesday and still haven’t heard anything and now it’s Friday. I’m seriously

Cranford Towing provided excellent service at a challenging time. The operator did everything in his power to diagnose my issue before towing to earnestly try and help me rather than just taking on the transport job. He made great recommendations for service in the area and offered expertise and professionalism of the highest caliber. I would highly recommend for anyone with towing needs in or around Lynchburg.
