He came out once and did a great job installing a hot water heater and unclogging the main pipe out to the septic tank. Then a year later we had the same pipe clog and he came out and didn't fully get it unclogged. When I asked him to come back he just kept stringing me along saying he'd be here and then he wouldn't show up or even call. 3 days straight of him saying he'd be there that day then never showing and we finally said screw it.

Not on time, did not show up, did not call back like scheduled. Very unprofessional!! I should have listened to my gut. Any service from Bedford is garbage. Don't waist your time. I called a different company and they came over same day.
