I reached out to Tom to have him do a fall clean up and set up services for next year. He told me he would call me back with an estimate. After a couple days I called him again. He said that he didn't have what he needed to do the estimate and he would visit the house that day and send me over an estimate. It's been two weeks, multiple calls and emails and no response. If you are too busy, completely understandable. If you don't want to do it, not a problem. Just have the integrity to pick up the phone, send an email or even a text. Normally I would just let this slide, but this was VERY easily
