Our spacious 2 bedroom homes are energy efficient, offer a fully equipped kitchen and have W/D hook-ups. Our complex offers a community room, resident activities, close to shopping and accepts Section 8 vouchers.

West Haven Sr. Village is a very pleasant area to reside in, it's appearance on the outside and inside is very nice and management is very fair and honest with all of their tenants!!
All problems are dealt with quickly and to the best of there ability when addressed. I've been very satisfied here and I've lived here over 6 years!

My elderly Aunt, 77 years old with Parkinson's disease was told yesterday her apartment is INFESTED with bed bugs, Her house is immaculately clean, so she has been in tears for 2 days.Then the RUDE manager tells her she must have all her belongings taken out of her apartment to be sterilized in some kind of fuming process to get rid of the bugs. Then SHE has to move everything back in place. She can barely hold a spoon. All this after she was just FORCED to move from her original apartment into another unit because "the manager made a mistake and gave her the wrong apartment" to begin with. This
