Just stopped at the service department for a quick phone pairing.......which didn't turn out to be quick at all. Ah, technology! AJ and Maria both made valiant efforts; then Brandon, the Service manager, gave it a try. His magic worked! What should have taken 2 minutes took about 20. They were all super patient!

After purchasing an older project car and not getting the warm and fuzzies from the pre-purchase inspection done at another shop I took it here. I'm glad I took it to them. Chris and his team were fantastic and gave the car a through check up and confirmed my thoughts. They got my car in safe working order and ready for the future upgrades. They even gave me a nice discount. Very professional staff. I usually hate going to the dealership for repairs due to the high cost, however I'm glad I did this time. I will return for future service. The courtesy shuttle driver was quick.

Jorge is the best! I recently needed to close a deal on purchasing a new car and was recommended to Jorge at Sims by a friend. Jorge made the sales process simple, pressure free, and targeted on what I wanted.
The whole team was great once I had decided on a car.
Giving 4 stars since some of the initial sales team I worked with before being recommended Jorge were a bit too pushy to close the deal.

Sunday evening my Honda wouldn't start in a parking lot, away from home and RJ Hart (from Sales at Honda of Burlington) turned out to be my hero! I really only called to ask what might be wrong and since service was closed he tried to help. Then he offered to drive over and jump the car! He said it's just part of great customer service! I don't think I ever told him my name. He didn't know I bought another car there last Oct. He was truly a good Samaritan, and so fast, friendly and efficient near closing time on a Sunday! Thank you!!!

Strangely enough, this review doesn't have anything to do w/ cars per se. Wife had our Ridgeline in for an oil change and other work so they gave us a loaner car. Next day picking up the truck she accidentally left the housekey in the loaner and was in a panic when she got home not being able to find it. Called next day and Jason found it in the cupholder of the loaner and ran it out to us on Camano Island. We could have easily just driven back out to go grab it but he took the time to get it back to us. It's the little things that make big differences.

I recently moved to Washington state and this Honda dealer is the closest to where I live, I decided to bring my two Honda CR-Vs for service and the service provided at this place has been fantastic.
Brennan, en employee from the service department is such a great person, I missed my appointment and somehow he was able to get my cars taken care of and he made sure he was keeping us updated during our whole visit here about what was needed to be done.

What a great Honda dealership and service center. Everything was wonderful and done with great care. My car drives like it is new. They are honest and thorough. The "manager" reach out and pretended to care.
DON'T BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!
Not an honest dealership. I purchased a used truck with 7k that had been damaged and covered up.
Once I brought it to their attention they could care less. He basically called me a liar and questioned everything.
STAY AWAY!

Update: 3/7/2017.
A couple of events at Sims have forced me to modify my review.
On one occasion, we needed a service code entered to 'unlock' the navigation / stereo. I was told by the Service Manager that he'd take care of it. I waited about 45 minutes, because I tend to assume that adults are going to do what they say they are going to do. I was wrong.
After 45 minutes, I asked about the code. No one could find the Service Manager. Anywhere. He had apparently just left the facility without addressing our issue, or telling anyone about it. A young auto technician came out to
