Radka has 18 years of experience working in plastic surgery and aesthetics. She is knowledgeable about surgical and non-surgical procedures and she enjoys using her knowledge to help patients throughout their experience within our practice. Radka is always seeking new ways to improve and educate. She is a Certified Medical Assistant and received her AS Degree in Business Management and Marketing from El Camino College in Torrance, California.
Dr. Waltzman is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who offers a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery, including minimally invasive and non-invasive procedures. Our office is located in Douglas Park in Long Beach, California. Neighboring the Long Beach Airport, and alongside the 405 freeway, we are conveniently located in the heart of Long Beach, between Los Angeles and Orange County.
Dr. Josh Waltzman is a highly accomplished and board-certified plastic surgeon. Dr. Waltzman builds each treatment plan around one important component-you, the patient. Your procedure is highly customizable; patients and surgeons work together to determine where the breast implant is placed, what incision is used to place the implant, the size and shape of implant, and the type of implant.

I just had my one year post-op last week and this review is long overdue. I can't say enough about Dr. Waltzman and all his staff. He was my last of 4 different consultations and after meeting with him, knew he was the one to go with. Having surgery and choosing him and his team was one of the best decisions I ever made-couldn't be happier with my results and my experience:)

I had a surgical procedure; it took me approximately 2 years to come to the decision to have the surgery. What I appreciated most, was how patient, understanding, and truly caring Dr Waltzman was throughout my decision making process and through my surgery.
He truly listened to me and what I wanted. He provided his input and together we came to a decision that I was comfortable with. He provided thorough explanations and answered all of my questions. I called this office just for a consultation/ appointment. The lady called me back and immediately went into pricing with me. I don’t understand how she could give me a price without seeing me in person. I never asked her for a quote. She also included that if I was overweight then the doctor would not do the service. Not sure how she could speak on behalf of the doctor. All of this occurred without me ever coming for a consultation. I decided to take my business to the Beverly Hills area. I did not like the way I was treated via telephone.

I had surgery with Dr.. Waltzman on Wednesday April 21. Surgery went exceptionally well. The entire experience was amazing, there are not enough words to describe the knowledge, caring hearts, compassion...........my Dr. Waltzman, the staff, anesthesist and nurses had. They all did such a phenomenal job. I've never in my lifetime been treated so well. Surgery is a very scary experience, but honestly, I can say, I was so comforted that I went into the OR without any anxiety. In 2020, I had a breast reduction (now 4 sizes smaller), done by Dr. Waltzman. I found him through my Blue Cross/Anthem app, and it was covered by my insurance :) I met with Dr. Waltzman, he was personable and professional, and was clear on describing the options and expectations during the initial consultation. On the day of the surgery, it was simple, he made me comfortable by explaining the process beforehand. The bulk of the healing took about 4-weeks. They took before and after photos, it looks amazing. The staff was super friendly. Dr. Waltzman was very friendly, he answered all of my questions. Dr. Waltzman took his time a was very detailed with his answers. The examples used during the consultation were so helpful and it helped me get an idea of what I would look like after my procedure. I am absolutely impressed with how great the consultation went. Vanessa was super friendly and helped me out to figure out the financing of my procedure. She made me feel super comfortable and helped me get a quick appointment. Last September I had a mighty fall. 30 stitches on my forehead above my right eye. I emailed Dr. Waltzman on a Saturday, after returning home from the ER. He emailed me back the NEXT day on a Sunday! His staff got me in the next day. He monitored the wound for months, then this week reopened it (it had not been stitched properly in the ER) and… corrected it so it will now heal properly. The stitches were so small, and are already out! The difference is absolutely amazing! There have not been many medical offices that run as efficiently as his. He and his staff are warm, loving and helpful
