Sergio and team were amazing... my trees were trimmed quickly and thoroughly and they were even able to haul away a ton of extra yard clippings I had for a very reasonable additional free. I am so happy I chose them to handle our trees. We hadn't had them trimmed in several years and the team really did exactly what I asked and everything looks wonderful. We'll be using them again for sure!

Luis and his crew did a great job removing 3 big trees in my front yard. When I got home the trees were gone, and the yard was in clean condition with no debris or branches. They left it better than when they arrived. I highly recommend Valley Tree Care Inc.

I hired Valley Tree Care as a new company to me to clear all dead branches from basically seven dead redwood trees. I had interviewed and received quotes from several companies as these trees were up a steep hill on my property and the prices ranged widely. I was so so happy with their work and efficiency as they arrived exactly as stated, worked fast and efficiently, blew everything clean before they left and then some, worked swiftly and were gone. It was perfect - just as they said it would be and I shall certainly not hesitate to call on them again for all my issues.

In 2016, Valley Tree Care did a very good job of removing an enormous Redwood that was severely impacting a cottage on our property. The careful and safe removal was followed by stump grinding. It is now five years later and there have been NO sprouts from what remains of the root system!
Now, 5 years later, in 2021, there were three additional Redwoods that had grown to again threaten the cottage, so we again selected VTC to remove these three, upwards of 75' tall and diameter ranging 3' - 4' at the ground. Inside their normal lead time, VTC was able to move their schedule

Went with Valley Tree Care for the second time to trim two very large redwoods in our backyard. The crew was awesome and they did an outstanding job. They took care to ask me what I wanted and took the time to double-check on how the work was going. I appreciated them answering my questions and offering their opinions, and never making me feel rushed. Not only did my trees look great, but they also left our yard cleaner than it was before!

Have used them for years to prune our hedges and trees and remove dead trees. They always do a thorough job and clean up after they're done. Sergio is THE BEST -- I call him a Tree Artist because he will make your shrubs and trees look more beautiful and healthy than you can imagine! If you have older shrubs that look scraggly he knows how to make them look great again. He has pruned our Date Palm and we get compliments from neighbors and even from people just walking past. Note: If you have a small job they may try to squeeze you in between other jobs so it's best if you can be

These guys do the best tree service in the Bay area. Gary is always professional, responsive and gets the job done. I used to send all my business to Area Custom Tree. However, they haven't been competitive with Gary's service, professionalism, or responsiveness. Keep up the great work. This is the second or third year in a row you guys saved me!

Gary and Sergio are great. We called them on Sunday and they came the next day at 7am to remove a large 40 foot branch that had fallen overnight. They aren't necessarily the cheapest, but they are definitely super professional and know what they're doing. I think their prices are fair and reasonable. Sergio also trimmed some branches while he was here clearing the large log.

I've got to put my 2¢ in and say that Gary, Sergio, and team are some pretty great guys when it comes to removing massively huge trees with not a lot of room to work with. We had a MASSIVE Aleppo Pine (several stories tall, and about 100 years old) that was infested with cankers, and was on its way to being a major danger. The Valley Tree Care team, even with a critical piece of grinding equipment out of service, were able to get the tree down to the stump in about 2 and a half days.

The crew did a great job, methodically trimming and removing according to the scope of work. They also worked carefully and cleaned up nicely. My client really liked what we called the spider, a box lift on tracks that is narrow to get into tight spaces and expands to support a staff cutting limbs that are tall with small tree trunk size.

I used Valley Tree Care to get rid of a forest of bamboo which grew in spot on my property. It was an all day job requiring a lot of men and pieces of equipment.
They were simply excellent! Sergio was the crew boss, very pleasant man who Id be happy to hire again. Valley was one of 4 firms who bid the job, their price was not quite the lowest, but I didn't feel the lowest priced company knew what they were doing !
