I recently refinanced with Debbie Sanders through Spring Bank and my experience was wonderful! My dad is a loan officer in IL, and he helped me with a lot of questions I had. He has been in the mortgage industry for a long time and he felt like Debbie was very honest, straightforward and got me a great rate. I ran into some issues with the person who did the appraisal (she didn't know what she was doing and treated my refinance as if it was a home purchase) Debbie and her boss Jake were extremely accommodating during this stressful situation and they made it happen for me before Christmas!
