These people called the company and repeatedly lied to me from the get go. They use an offshore call center that's pushy as heck and doesn't really get to the point unless you push the issue. The overseas operator said it's not a sales call, repeatedly assured me it's not a sales call. Then, they transferred me to internal sales, OH BUT WAIT, they're not sales...they're "educators" who want to book time to educate me to any deficiencies in my current system. I said to her, "I'm not totally clear, I was told this wasn't a sales call and it sounds
