I am at fault here for repeatedly using this company which is unresponsive ,major delays and totally unprofessional.I only wish I could post pictures of my $20,000 unfinished closet.Please save yourself the aggravation of dealing with these people.

They made me 16 shelves for my bookcase. When they were done I went to pick them up. Noticed that some of the shelves were warped and noticeable when I installed them in my bookcase.
First I emailed them two times about this problem but never received a callback. Then I left several messages with their receptionist. She assured me that someone would be in touch with me by tomorrow. Still nobody from this company has yet to contact me !!!!
When I ordered the shelves they seemed like a reputable and honest company but I now realize that I was wrong. I have no idea what they are afraid of to call

I was very hopeful at the start of my project which included cabinets and countertops for my newly renovated laundry room. After Closet Trends came to my home and measured three times and I visited their showroom to look at the materials to be used and choosing the hardware and countertop material, I signed the contract in November 2020. I paid half and was told the project would not be completed until the end of February 2021. I was OK with that under the current conditions. What was supposed to be a project taking three months to complete, took over six months because of mistakes Closet Trends originally made measuring and because the first round of installation revealed that they had predrilled some of the hinge holes incorrectly along with the holes for the handles. The countertops had to be remade and handles that I'm not happy with were ordered. Closet Trends did not stay in touch with me during the additional three months I waited and when I contacted them wondering what was taking so long, I was given a slew of excuses when they bothered to reply at all. We had a small closet system installed in the mid 2000's. The job was done well and we were happy with the product and the workmanship.
Recently one side of the unit started to pull away from from the wall causing the unit to slant down on one side.
Once they confirmed that they had indeed installed it they responded pretty quickly to check it out. They were able to do a repair at no cost. They were fast and efficient and we are pretty happy with the results.
Definitely a recommended company.

We had worked with Closet Trends four years ago when we purchased our home. At that time, we had them do a custom make-over of our master bedroom closet. It was well done, and has served us well over the years. So when we decided to put some shelves in our master bath, they were our first choice for ideas and an estimate. Closet Trends is a great place to design shelving, cabinets, office work stations with files and counter tops. Also, garage shelves and storage cabinets. The design is computer generated with your desires and needs as a primary goal. Your input is very important and is a priority in the final design.
The installation date is timely and the construction is very professional and completed on time and exactly as designed.

My wife and I are so happy that we chose Closet Trends to design and install the shelving units in her home office. The professionalism was evident from the time we came in for a quote to the completion of the job.
Chris coordinated all aspects of the job including helping us to finalize our design. He followed up on everything and made sure that we were satisfied.
The prices were very reasonable and extremely competitive with some of the larger companies without the quality being compromised.

Closet Trends is a local company. They are also on Angie's List. The best way to find a good company is by referral. I have been to several of my friends' homes here in Saddlebrooke who have used Closet Trends and were also extremely happy with their work.
We recently had our walk-in closet done by Closet Trends and Mary Ann was our designer. We were extremely pleased by her attention to detail. The closet is big enough for two people to actually get dressed in. We LOVE IT! The job was done on time and very well done. We are extremely satisfied.

Jacque, the owner, came to our home and took the time to ask us how we like to use our closet and what we were looking to accomplish.
