The center provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation care to adults in need of continuous care. The campus is positioned on a beautiful wooded piece of property in Leakesville, Mississippi.

We offer diverse activities and community outings which encourage our residents to stay socially engaged and enjoy their quality of life. Our Activities Director along with Certified Recreational Therapists offer a variety of activities including games, movies, gardening, creative arts, social events, cooking classes, outings to restaurants, casinos and shopping centers and much, much more.

Doctors and nurse practitioners are on site throughout the week. The facility is staffed with nurses 24 hours a day and a doctor is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As an added measure, we have a relationship with local hospitals and health care professionals to assist us during any emergency that could arise.
