Excellent service. Gave us a beautiful, quiet door that fit with our current set up and now we can have package deliveries and get in/out of our alley garage easily! (Common East Sacramento set up w detached garage opening into alley). Husband so excited to easily park now and nice to feel fully secure. They responded quickly and did the work within a few days.

The gate caused me many problems until I decided to fix it before it's too late, so I called this company and technician named Adrian arrived. He diagnosed the problem and decided that just needed to replace the chain and do adjustments & tune-up. Now the gate is working fine and the only thing I regret is that I did not called them sooner!

As much as I would like to give a higher rating for this business. I cannot in good faith give ratings for services not rendered. So I will give them the review from what we did get from this company.
We had this company come and repair our doors from a butchered locksmith incident, and quote us a new price on the doors. So our office impressed by the work of the staff (Even though they were two hours late to the repair. We won't hold that against them cause it was a Saturday.) our office decided to go with them to our new doors replaced.

This company and employees are amazing! I was in a complete panic right before work early in the morning my garage door broke. I was stressed and didn't know what to do. I called this company and from hello I knew I was in good hands. The tech came out in about 30 to 45 min called me verified information very courteous and professional. Fixed my garage door and I was at work by 9am. They are absolutely amazing honest and reliable.

Service technician ( Chris) was very courteous and professional . He made sure to explain repair steps thoroughly and the cost. He was even ready for the extra job of installing a door opener that we requested, and was flexible to have done on same visit.

Sac’s Garage Door was a lifesaver! Called when my garage door was not working and they sent a tech the same day. Chris arrived timely within the appointment window and gave me an initial quote for the work. When he discovered the problem was different than originally thought, he explained the problem and gave me the good news: The solution was less expensive. Chris fixed the problem and even oiled the garage door and when he left, it was purring. Chris was polite, cheerful, and professional. When my garage opener dies, I’ll call Sac’s Garage Door for the replacement!

Great service! Received a same-day appointment with a two-hour appointment window to replace a broken two-car garage door spring. Tech Chris called 20 minutes before arrival. He discussed all of the options for my repair and did a great job, finishing within about an hour. He even checked all of the other parts on the door and lubed all of the moving parts.

My garage door was off track due to me leaving something in the way when closing it. I called my usual repair company but he was out of town and it was an emergency, as we could not close the door. I had to leave for work so my wife made some calls while I was gone and she received a quote of $139.00 from Sacs Door & Gate after she described the problem. She agreed and a service person came out to repair the door, never saying anything other than the original quote.
