They got a new dentist and he told me I needed a filling replaced. While he was replacing it he was very rough and muttered about not having enough of something and making it work. Since then I have had severe pain and sensitivity when I had absolutely none before. I would skip this place now that the dentist has changed.

I feel that, Dr. Chung, did one of the best jobs on my crown of any dentists in the past. They worked with me on my budget, which was awesome too! The only thing I would say is that this office should have it a little more together on scheduling and communication with patients for routine cleanings. Other than that, I'm pleased with having been a patient the past year.

Dr. Joseph Chung and his team have been servicing my teeth for many years. Just recently had three crowns and two root canal’s and spent over 3 1/2 hours in the chair. I have to say they live up to their name Gentle Dental! It wasn’t a scary or painful experience. Had lunch a few hours after the procedure and had no pain the next day. I highly recommend gentle dental to anyone needing dental work. A+ A+ A+

I’ve been going to this dentist since My first dental cleaning as a child and now I’m in my mid 20s and still loyal here. They are truely a caring staff & make sure your comfortable at all times. I always recommend Dr.Chung and I live in Georgia about 30 minutes away so I trust this staff with my whole dental life.

I hadn't been to see a dentist in way too long. Doctor Chung and his team took really good care of me. I had a cleaning, checkup, and root-canal. I've had some pretty bad experiences in the past so I was pretty nervous. Everyone put me at ease and I'll continue going to Doctor Chung for as long as I can. Highly recommend!

Dr. Chung has literally changed my life! I walked into his office with extremely discolored teeth due to what I was told by another Dentist, tetracycline shots as an infant. I also chipped my two front teeth. I was so embarrassed by them, especially since beautiful teeth are desired by everyone. I wouldn't smile, if I had to I hated it.
Dr. Chung did his "magic", smiling and having fun the entire time, and gave me the most beautiful smile I could ever wish for! I wish I had a before and after picture. But unfortunately I do not. I really appreciate his talent, the transformation is unbelievable

I had an appointment at 2. I showed up at 1:45 and the door was locked with a note that said "back at 2."
Went in at 2:04. I waited 45 minutes before deciding to leave.
How disrespectful. I assume they were on lunch when I showed up so they shouldn't have been behind.
I'm writing this so maybe someone else won't waste their valuable time.
The thinner, older receptionist was nice but the one answering the phones had a poor, haughty attitude. She was on the phone half the time I was sitting in the lobby with someone talking about her Sunday plans.
Maybe Dr. Chung is nice but the wait wasn't
