The company was founded in 2002 as a sanding & refinishing company and hardwood installation. We have stayed true to our roots, but have expanded our services over the years.

I can’t say enough good things about Bobby. Not only was his tile work in both of our bathrooms amazing… he was professional, on time, very neat, honest and more that fair on his pricing. His attention to detail was on point. Bobby listened to what we needed and was honestly a joy to have in our home while doing the work we needed. I would not look any further for any tile work you need done.

If I could give him 0 stars I would. Totally blew me off. I needed a few boards replaced due to termite damage and he came over and gave me a reasonable quote. Told him I accepted his quote and he said he would be over in 3 weeks to do it. Well it's six weeks later and I never heard back from him despite numerous texts and calls to him. Would not recommend this business! Call Nick from Custom Hardwood flooring. He's professional and has integrity.

Bobby got back to me with a prompt estimate and was able to schedule us for a hardwood floor refinishing much faster than we expected. We are extremely pleased with the work and with the last minute accommodation of fitting in refinishing our butcher block topped island. Highly recommend!

Bobby Zurell did a fantastic job installing both wood and tile, really perfect. The job was done ahead of time and on budget. Rarely do I find professionals so organized and tidy. Timely responses to text messages and calls. Tile America recommended Charter Oak Flooring and they deal with many contractors. Thank you for an outstanding job.

They can't make or keep appointments . Would never recommend. Waited twice for them to show for scheduled appointment. NO SHOW TWICE
Then day of third try ,they called to reschedule Really do they think people just have nothing to do??
Believe me bad news fast !
My advice. Use someone else if you want your floors done in this millennium

Finished and unfinished hardwood floors came out beautiful. Also had tile work done, always a professional crew working in your home. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
