Mike Kerwin Homes just completed a new construction home for us in Drakes Landing. We had a wonderful experience with Mike, Kevin and Shawn and all of the contractors. Many people say that building a home is a nightmare. In our case, it was a pleasure. They exceeded all expectations and were wonderful to work with. They accommodated all change requests and there were no surprise costs on closing day. All cost overages were known before any changes were made or products selected. We recently purchased a home from Mike Kerwin. The house is absolutely beautiful. The construction is top notch and we are very pleased with the result. As with all new homes we had a punch list of minor things to fix. The Kerwin team has been extremely responsive in taking care of these items at times which take into account our busy schedules. My wife and I highly recommend Mike and his team.
