The Lubbock, Texas, based law firm of Crenshaw, Dupree & Milam, L.L.P., traces it beginnings back to 1908 and attorney William H. The strength of Crenshaw, Dupree & Milam, one of the largest law firms in West Texas, is based on legal knowledge and experience handed down from one generation to the next. The firm traces its roots to 1908, and the vision of attorney William H. Bledsoe. In 1919, Bledsoe was elected a Texas State Senator.
He is a partner who handles all aspects of litigation, state and federal, at the trial level and on appeal. His experience as a former briefing attorney to Federal District Judge Sam R. Cummings, and his service on the Federal District Court Advisory Committee for 6 years, have provided him with a unique insight into federal procedure and the internal workings of federal courts that have proven helpful at the state court level as well.
Stacey Barber is a partner at Crenshaw, Dupree & Milam, L.L.P. and is board certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Prior to joining the firm in 2004, Ms. Barber worked for the Dallas civil litigation defense firm of Matthews, Carlton & Stein.

While attending law school, she worked for the Law Offices of Windle Turley, P.C. in Dallas, one of the largest Plaintiff's litigation firms in Texas, focusing on personal injury, aviation, products liability and medical malpractice litigation.
Eliott was born and raised in Lubbock where he attended Coronado High School. Eliott then attended Texas Tech University, where he proudly graduated with honors. Upon graduation from St. Mary's School of Law in San Antonio, Eliott returned home to Lubbock and joined Crenshaw, Dupree & Milam, LLP. Because he is a proud Lubbock native, Eliott has spent his entire legal career in West Texas.
Lubbock and West Texas have been Mark's home for over 50 years. Prior to becoming an attorney, he owned and operated several businesses for over 25 years. He knows the challenges business owners face, and he seeks to bring this understanding with him when he helps commercial clients with employment, contract and other legal issues or when they are the subject of governmental investigations.
