Julie Curran Gerock is a partner with Maddox & Gerock, P.C., in Falls Church, Virginia. She has been a family law attorney since 1999, representing her clients in complex cases, including equitable distribution, spousal support, child support, child custody, visitation and relocation, as well as international family law cases.
Katharine Maddox is equipped to handle all aspects of family law cases: She has been in practice for over 20 years; she is well versed in negotiation and litigation, and she also pursues alternative dispute resolution where appropriate. Katharine is a Fellow of both the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL) and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML).
Tashina Gorgone is a partner with Maddox & Gerock, P.C. in Falls Church, Virginia. Tashina focuses her practice in the areas of family law and appellate litigation. Tashina handles all areas of family law, from custody to child support to property distribution. She has particular experience and interest in complex custody cases.
Scott Weinbaum is compassionate and determined, qualities which help him to accomplish his two primary goals as a family law attorney: to help his clients achieve the best possible outcome for themselves and for their children, and to assist clients as they navigate one of the most difficult and challenging periods of their lives.

Kara lee is anything but how she describes herself on her website. I had a family member use her for a legal matter and it is a shame that she is an attorney.
She over bills without any explanation of what she’s doing or had done with the time. She repeats the same task over and over while billing you, “emailed/called opposing counsel”, no response. Following day, “emailed/called opposing counsel”, and she does this for several days all while billing you anywhere from $40-$200 per email. Maybe she should give time for them to respond.
Another example, the judge in the matter ordered

Divorce is definitely not an easy process but it helps to be back by a caring, strong, professional attorney. Of course, no one wants to go through the painful experience of a divorce, but when it's necessary, I cannot recommend Julie Gerock highly enough. With tact, grace, and intellectual rigor, she understands the law, the courts, and human nature. Julie Gerock is an exceptional attorney. I was long divorced but had a custody issue. My ex wanted to take my son out of the country for 1 year on assignment. She handled the case extremely well. She was always quick to respond, whether I called or emailed, nights weekends etc. She listened to my input and always explained all options. It was clear she was very experienced and knew exactly what she was doing. She fought for my son as if he was her own. If I ever need legal representation again, I would not hesitate to call upon her and can highly recommend her.
