Termite Lawn and Pest keep sending over a bill for $120+ for services that both Cancelled the day before services was scheduled to proceed and did not give credit card (which I was told on the Saturday before over the phone that no credit card on file=no service) not contract was signed (digital or otherwise).
Long story short: We were closing to a new home property on Monday 9/27 and I had scheduled service on 9/28, that home closing feel through that day and I called that same Monday to cancel the service for Tuesday (along with movers, cable, .etc.) and the lady on the phone (whom I believe

I can't say enough about Kirk. He came to do a termite inspection for us when we were under contract for a house and his knowledge about bugs and critters was incredible. Sometimes it seems that companies try to use scare tactics to get your business, but that wasn't the case with Kirk. He was straight-forward and honest about the issues he saw, and thank goodness we called him, because there were problems that we weren't aware of that steered us away from purchasing once he pointed them out. Eric at Termite Lawn and Pest has been wonderful to work with at my home in Baldwin and now Sevilla! They are very prompt and friendly. Whenever I have a problem, the company addresses it right away. Recently, we did the mosquito treatment and it's so nice to be outside without getting eaten by bugs. I recommend!
