The builder of our new home, (completed in 2020) uses Garrett's on all his houses and we are very pleased with our 18 x 8 insulated carriage style CHI door, and belt drive operator. I built a detached garage/shop, and contacted Garrett's to install a 10 x 8 door and operator to match. It looks and works great. The install tech, Seth, completed a very neat install with the door, and was very professional. I'm really impressed and would highly recommend.

We recently moved into a house that was built in 2007. Apparently the garage door was the original and had seen better days. There was a sticker on it that led me to Garrett's Garage Doors. One of the best customer service experiences ever!! The girl that answered the phone was super sweet and super helpful. Told me John would call me to set up an appointment. John was prompt in calling me...told me what to expect and when to expect it. Cliff called me when he was on his way and when he got there (I was at work, my daughter was at home). He told me what needed fixing and what the cost would be

We live on lake Gaston and someone else installed our doors about 8 years ago. There were a number of issues and neither worked properly. Cliff was the service guy. He is very professional and totally knows doors. He adjusted a whole number of things and took the time to make sure I understood how to do simple maintenance. The doors have never worked as smoothly nor quietly as they do now. Top of the line company and fairly priced
