Sal's Heating & Cooling provided very professional service on my gas furnace. They moved up my service day after I called them about the problem getting worse (furnace would not stay on). The technician called before arriving. Once he was at the house, we talked about the problems I had experienced, and then he went to work. After diagnosing the problem, he explained what he felt the problem was (and why) and gave us the details on what had to be done and the cost. The main gas valve was replaced and it was the source of the problem since the furnace has been functioning without any problems for

The worker that came out was very respectful and did a great job. The lady that I initially talked to on the phone at Sal’s was very helpful and went the extra mile in getting me an appointment. She was very nice. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

The main technician, Sam, was personable, knowledgeable and wore a mask, which is important to me as a senior. The replacement of an AprilAire water pump went without a hitch and everything worked perfectly when he and his partner were done. A side note: I was shocked that Sam's fellow technician did not wear a mask, even though Covid infections in our area had set a yearly high this week. I urge Sal's to make wearing masks a company policy to insure the safety of customers.

Sal's installed a new furnace, humidifier and air filter system for us this fall after our old furnace died and they did a great job! Since we had no heat, they worked as quickly as they could to get out here, get us a quote and get the new furnace installed. The crew that did the install did an excellent job. It looks great and works great!
I was so happy with their services that I had them install a new furnace at my parents' home a few weeks later and did a great job there, too.

Excellent workmanship. We had a mini-split installed in November. The technicians were on time, courteous and most of all the work was neat and tidy. I love the unit. It is so quiet and easy to use. The best part of Sal's is "they do what they say they will do". From being on time to clean up after installation. Highly recommend.
