During the loss of both of our parents and the need to handle the estate Robert the owner was wonderful and a man of integrity, honor, and professionalism. I really had a great experience with these guy's , they were inexpensive and prompt. The three movers that came were very professional and courteous. I would and do highly recommend this company. UPDATE (after owners response which is BS).. NOT ONCE DID THEY TRY TO FIX ANY ISSUES... NOT ONCE... HE ACTUALLY REFUSED TO DISCUSS ANYTHING WITH ME....
Owner will say this is a lie however it is the truth. I was unhappy with my experience and my mother finally said something after hours of me being extremely patient with the movers. Multiple things for damaged or broken - about 10k plus in damages. They showed up over an hour late. I have video and picture proof of the time. My wife and I supplied water and tools as they didn't bring their own of either. Once my mom snapped on them from throwing

Rob and his team left me and my fiancé stranded on the day of our move. We had booked him over a month in advance and although we had at least 4 confirmations via text/phone conversation. The morning of our planned 8 am move rob simply texted me at 7 am and stated he was in North Carolina on another job. I would never recommend them to anyone ever.

All I can say is thank you! The guys packed my storage a few months ago, almost to the ceiling and I was worried since this was the first time I opted to use moving services due to a recent back surgery. They just unpacked my unit and there were no scuff, marks, or damages. Which was a huge concern of mine. They exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend. Robert was patient, professional, and friendly and answered all of very many questions. The crew was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would use this company again.

The young men who are the movers are amazing, so if tip them make sure you don't tip the organization.
I used MMM in Fall2020 for a move. I booked my spot and move one month in advance, paid a deposit, snd signed the contract.
The week of the Saturday move I emailed to confirm. No response.
I emailed again and called the manager, no response on Friday.

The morning of the move I called to confirm and he said yes they're running late from another customer and will be at you soon. Of course they were late because there's more to the store.

First time using a moving company. I was rather skeptical of all moving companies from horror stories I have heard. I did a ton. Research and got many quotes. Muscle men movers actually did not come up on my search on yelp or Angie's list first. Then when a couple companies were booked on the day we were looking to move suggested Robert of muscle men movers, I requested an estimate. Not only was the company professional, they went out of their way for us. They were prompt and reliable. Also, amazingly priced. They worked hard and diligent. Nothing was missing or broken. So I have lived in the same house for more than 10 years. In that time I have accumulated a lot of stuff. I was not in the mental space to pack up my belongings. I was a week away from moving and all I managed to do was bring in a bunch of boxes into the house. But I didn't manage to put anything in the boxes myself. Excellent! Robert & his team were a joy to work with. They were very professional and timely with their quote and arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time. They were prepared, they came with everything they would need from tools to break down furniture and ample drop cloths to protect the furniture from scrapes.
The job took much longer than expected and ran into some into some unexpected hurdles (the loading dock of my building was not at the same level as their truck so they had to walk somethings up the stairs). But, Robert still honored the original quote.
