Ordered our doors received them damaged, we were told they would be replaced/fixed, we’ve called, left messages, this has been going on since December! I get that a pandemic is going on and items are “back ordered” and companies are no longer the same with treating costumers the same but come on!!!! Get it together! I’ve left messages for Martin and he’s a ghost. Not sure how management is ran here but if you plan on ordering from her hope it runs smoothly without a flaw! Maybe it’s that we didn’t have 100k order so we aren’t looked at as a high priority on their agenda? Whatever
