It is sad to think how many innocent people died due to this nursing home's carelessness. I went in for a compassion visit and observed patients being cared for by aides and nurses NOT wearing any PPE equipment. They had a post on facebook asking for PPE equipment back in March 2020. Why would that be if the Governor was telling us they were well stocked. Is that why 17 people died here ? I was allowed in with no temperature check. Don't believe everything the Governor is saying. I wish I could get the surveillance tape to prove the truth.

The care provided to my nana was unlike anything I could have envisioned. She was truly lucky to spend her final days with such caring staff, people who will always have a special place in my heart for the treatment she was provided even when she didn't want it. There is nothing more difficult than dealing with a loved one with a failing body but a determined mind, and the support provided was immeasurable. Today I lost one of the most important and influential people in my life, but I know she was truly cared for until her last breath, and the support given to the family was amazing. The level

For nurses looking to work there, don't settle for the payrate they offer. Ask for more. If they say they can't go higher, it's a lie. There is a new RN that works there that gets a higher payrate than all the experienced nurses working there for years. Unfair. You'll be surprised. It's not fair but definitely ask for more money because they can do it.

Very poor management. Too many residents dying from Covid-19 . Not enough is being done to protect them. It's sad when you think your loved one is safe and then within a week they are dead due to no fault of their own. The real heroes are the residents. Each day they are faced with the challenge of staying well or being given a deadly disease. My loved one would still be alive today if it wasn't for THEiR carelessness.

My dad was there for a rehab. 97 years young. The staff was caring and professional. The physical therapy he received was second to none. Can't say enough about how he was treated. Food was very good. :) The last day he was there before being discharged he had beef stew for lunch. He told me it was the best beef stew he had ever had. Would highly recommend Copley for care. Thank you also to Ina, the receptionist, you are lucky to have her in your employ.

Just checked in today. The food is not good. And, though two different people asked what I wanted for dinner, they still got it wrong. They didn't have my meds here. It's now 7:20 in the evening and they still don't have any of my meds, including my pain meds. Recovering from knee replacement surgery but I've been here all day and just got a walker to use so that I can walk. I was told I needed to exercise my leg all day but i couldn't exercise because they didn't have a walker and wouldn't give me one until I was evaluated. Finally got one after complaining all day at 7:15 PM. This is my first

My Gram lives here. It's clean, professional, a pleasant, happy, and safe place. My family made a great choice in placing her here for her care needs.

The food is terrible, they keep running out of supplies that patients or residents need, ie. pull ups, mouth wash, denture cleaners to name a few. It is also understaffe.
