I have been struggling for almost a month to get a prescription filled and I just read all the Google reviews and now the Yelp reviews and wow. They're not good. This apparently is a chronic issue for this pharmacy that they don't seem inclined to fix. I guess if you have so many customers it's not really necessary to provide good service? I have made multiple phone calls asking for a ship date with the most recent one being 5 hours ago. Every time I call the customer service employees just apologize and say 'a technician is working on it'. They must repeat that line

This company needs to seriously address their phone customer service. Their calls are automated and you leave message after message that are not returned. If there is another choice, use another pharmacy. If they are that busy and can not answer their phone they need to hire more help.

My doctors office insists on using them for my HRT however the rx is wrong most times and no one will be accountable or ship me the correct rx.

I was looking at a prescription and had submitted the wrong amount. No problem. However, during the next few weeks when they were adjusting the amount...they should have known that: ...The day I was going to make the purchase/shipping address etc, and they were going to send it, they tell me "we don't process that amount". Huh?? How would you not know especially after we adjusted the prescription?? Also, you didn't know until the VERY POINT we were going to do the bank card??? Very disappointed. Hit or miss. If you want to wait 7 weeks for your meds go ahead and use this company. Not once, twice, third , fourth and fifth time I tried reviving my prescription from them it took weeks and multiple (4-7) calls to revive it.

SUPERIOR Service is what they advertise. Is this a joke?
This pharmacy has the WORST SERVICE of ANY company I have EVER dealt with in my life, ever.
Use this pharmacy IF you are okay with long holds on the phone when you call to simply place an order for a refill AND you don't mind calling back every single day to follow-up, because they absolutely do not call or communicate with you as their customer. We only use this pharmacy because this is who our Dr. wants to work with.

I have been refilling the same prescription at Wells for almost a year. Every refill has been a hassle. I call or talk to my doctor who tells me they faxed the order to Wells. I don’t hear from Wells so I call in a week. They tell me they have no idea what I’m talking. I call my doctor who tells me they faxed the prescription. Paid for overnight shipping $55, order label was created Thursday and scheduled to go out Thurs. UPS said it was changed for delivery to Monday. I called the company I ordered through, Wells said it was still on their dock but they would not change to ground, everyone knows UPS doesn't deliver on weekends. I do not mind having to pay for overnight if that is their requirements but when contacted and told they would not change it even though the package was still at Wells pharmacies dock was perplexing. I was just tested and will have my endocrinologist test me in a month to see how good their product

Recording 1st states for veterinary press one, .....think I shall leave this pharmacy to the dogs. Well after waiting many days, voicemail stating they couldn't get thru to my Dr. office. Out & out lie I get thru after a few rings every time. Message confusing so I phoned them to hear "this is a compounding pharmacy and the rx is a retail product." No it is not a retail product.

I have 3 years of dealing with Wells their a bit slow sometimes but product and overall service is good. I spend a good amount of money with them. The negative reviews are what they are I guess. You can trust their quality and products.

I have been using Wells Pharmacy because my doctor uses them for my compounded thyroid medication. Last year I had small issue with this Pharmacy that they could not compound and deliver my medication by the time I needed it because they did not have specific ingredient and they were not sure when they could have that ingredient. This year I had another negative impression about this pharmacy. I called Wells with request to refill my thyroid medication. Usually I am making these requests 2 weeks before I will be out of my medication and requesting refill for 90 days. I received medication on

I order medications for 6 Mens clinics, 3 in Florida and 3 in Virginia. Wells has been doing a great job for us with the products that we use. While the turnaround time is a little longer than others, it's due to the intensive and stringent quality assurance efforts to ensure we get everything ordered. I receive prompt, attentive and professional service on those occasions I do need to call and check on something. I called about my prescription meds that were never delivered on Sept 5, 2018. I also called Fedex to no avail. When I told Wells Pharmacy about the problem, I was told to deal with FedEx and essentially that there wasn't anything they could do. They didn't want to be bothered calling FedEX, even though they are FedEx's customer with much more clout with the company than I have. In the meanwhile, I ran out of my medication that should not be stopped cold turkey and got a tough luck attitude from Wells Pharmacy.

I've received my TESTOSTERONE, HCG, ANASTROZOLE & SERMORELIN scripts from this pharmacy for 2 years now the quality is always excellent. I understand this is not cvs dispensing pills this is a high end custom pharmacy making medications specific to my Drs orders. I used other small local pharmacies that were fine but certain based on my labs I am receiving the best!!

I have been dealing with Well's for almost 3 years. My experience with this pharmacy has been very good, no issues thus far. They could be a bit faster with delivery but their customer service is friendly and very helpful. Most importantly, my experience with the compounds have been consistent and reliable. I have no problem recommending this pharmacy.

After posting this review they asked for my contact information. I gave it to them but never heard a word. I also asked about their return policy and again nothing. There is no excuse for terrible customer service.

Charges DOUBLE what several other pharmacies charge. Would not give me a straight answer about costs of medication.

I was told that since I take the medication only 1/2 the month, I would be charged for the full month supply each month. (so instead of paying for 15 pills, I had to pay for 30 but received only 15).

When I tried to call someone else to find out if this was an error, I couldn't get anyone to confirm the actual price of the medication. I was switched around to several different people and was finally told that they don't give out pricing information.

This pharmacy is complete garbage! No idea what customer service is and I strongly advise anyone reading this to take their business elsewhere! I had a horrible interaction with Susan who refused to acknowledge her mistake and instead blamed my Dr. Long story shor I would up having to pay an additional $50 to have my medication that should have been shipped Wednesday to be delivered on Saturday. Needless to say I will never use them again or affiliate myself with any Dr's office that does.

It took almost two weeks for me to receive my medication from the time my Rx was sent to them and after numerous following ups with customer service without a real reason for the delay. I've requested billing to update my credit card info on their system, yet they continue to charge the wrong credit card I have requested they update. If they are this disorganized, I worry if my compounded prescriptions are prepared correctly

Will not be using Wells Pharmacy anymore. I have wasted my time trying to resolve their mistakes for the past 2 months without resolution. Incorrect charges, mysterious charges to my credit cards, forgetting to send invoices, incorrect refunds, no follow up with management regarding concerns. I don't even know where to start. Inconsistent in just about every aspect of their business. Patients get meds (testosterone vials) that aren't even full. Overnight shipping is actually 3 days. Turnaround time varies massively even up to 2 weeks. Our patients have complained more times than I can count. You can fax your rx to them 3 times in a day and not be sure they got it or not. If you want to babysit every step of the process of ordering and getting your meds shipped, you'll love them.
