Full on blowout pulling 17k 5th wheel trailer. Could not find anyone to help me out except excuses. Somehow found Wrecker 1 and they are the Ultimate one stop take care of you with a smile people! They had the equipment and knowledge to get me back on my travels. I went from worrysome to really feeling taken care of. They had no excuses just solutions and delivered in a professional manner.

My perception of Wrecker 1 is that they have some sort of "racket" going on. They were called by the Henry Police without my consulting or agreement even though I was on the scene. They refused to tow the totaled car to my house 1.5 miles down the road and said their policy is to strictly tow to their yard 3.7 miles away. They wanted $654 the next day to release my car. Refused to give me a breakdown of the charges (how much to tow 3.7 miles? how much 1 night storage?).
