My family (two adults and kid) booked Triad connections for a drop and pick up at Charlotte airport . The reason we picked Triad after a thorough google search for airport taxi was Frederick's affordable rate and nice car compared to others. Frederick was extremely courteous and his service was- on-time, nice, clean mini van. This is an open and honest review. 5 stars are not enough to rate his gentle genuine and well mannered customer service.

Triad Connections made my trip to Senegal so much less stressful! With everything to do for being away for over two weeks, getting driven door to door was a huge relief. The car arrived at my house early and the driver was very pleasant, and when my flight home was delayed, they dealt with that schedule change. After an exhausting two weeks and nearly 24 hours of travel, not having to go find my car and drive an hour and a half was the best. In fact, it was even better than I thought, because when I got home, my car battery was dead, which would have been tough to deal with in long-term parking

I called a bunch of taxi and shuttle services in the area, and the only one with a really professional response was Frederick Shuler. He called me back when he said he would, and his first price quote was lower than all the rest. And he honored that price. Frederick was very courteous, very prompt and very reliable.

Best transportation service that I’ve experience. Service was very professional, courteous, and punctual. Frederick went above and beyond for an awesome customer service experience. He waited 3 hours to pick up my relative from an international flight (due to weather delays) and drove her to Fayetteville late in the evening.

Our family used Triad Connection on August 14th at approximately 3:15pm to get from Greensboro airport to Raleigh airport. We were in a pinch and I found Triad Connection online quickly. It was the only car service/shuttle that came within our price range and gave us absolutely no hassles and exceptional customer service over the phone. I called and spoke to Fredrick and was able to secure my transportation in 5 minutes. The service is professional , the mini van is nice and very tidy, the whole experience was beyond my expectation. I will definitely use Triad again for any other transportation

Excellent Service. Will definitely use again. We needed transpiration from Greensboro to Raleigh airport. Fredrick arrived early and was extremely helpful and professional. Mini van was very clean and very comfortable. With so many choices out there, I am thankful to have tried this service and have a great experience for our 1.5 hour drive for our family of 4. Will use again for sure . Great taste in music also :)

I have used Triad Connection many, many times to get home from the airport and from my home to the airport. Before or after a trip, the last thing you want to do is worry about is getting to or from the airport.
Freddie is always on time and the vehicles are new and clean. I like this service since I am the only rider in the van and the price is reasonable. Personally, I am not a fan of OTHER shuttle services that waste your time running around town picking up or dropping off other passengers. I don't have time for that.

The service was exquisite. The driver was very courteous and willing to accommodate my needs in spite of the long drive. For the length of the trip, the fare was quite reasonable, and even when I left my phone and headphones in the car, he was willing to turn around and return them. Definitely recommend this service.

I am the type of person who stresses about making it to the airport in time, especially when I have to leave before 5am to make a 6:25 am departure. I have been stung before by a taxi service, with whom I had scheduled the night before, that didn't show up on time and showed up late only after I called and begged them to do anything they could to pick me up in time for my flight. Frederick understands that even though yours is only one of many fares a taxi has in a day, that to you it can be extremely important. Would like to rate it less but I can't. I correspond with the owner for a one way trip from Seven Lakes to RDU. Everything is all set until I get a call at 4 AM, one hour before I'm supposed to be picked up telling me that his driver hit a deer and can't make it. Well, I have sympathy but there's no back up plan for a fare? Needless to say, I drove myself to the airport and paid for long term parking. Would not ever think of calling this business again.
