Services
What type of equipment do you use? MI Event DJs only use top of the line professional DJ equipment. We try to stay current with gear from brands such as Pioneer DJ, Native-Instruments, EV, Chauvet DJ & ADJ to name a few. Will the DJ play requests? We will only take requests if you allow it.
If allowed, we do our best to filter requests, meaning we will not play a song that you specifically asked us not to play or music from a genre you asked us not to play.If someone makes a request that fits in well with what we are playing at the time and with the music you want, then the we will try our best to play it.

MI Event DJs was founded in 2014 by Tom & Cindy Neville, building off of Tom's years as a DJ, and Cindys love of all things music and weddings. Tom got his start as a DJ in 1998 as a freshman in high school doing school dances, parties, and continued on to do weddings. He even went to school for radio at Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts.

Tom did a very good job reading the crowd throughout the night and most of our guests were dancing all night. We prepared all custom playlists for our night and Tom knew which songs to play to keep the party going. Their planning program was easy to navigate and so helpful for making sure the timelines and song picks stayed on schedule. He was very professional, communicative, and punctual.

Tom has been so great to work with. We booked him Aug 2019 without meeting him because he was so responsive and informative. He sent us mixes that he created for us to listen to and he was the only ones who did that for us as well as created a package that worked best for us. Tom and Cindy have even been so fantastic to work with during this pandemic since we have to cancel our big wedding now. So please if you are looking for a DJ on 9/26/20 (our original date) I would highly suggest MI Event DJs !

Working with Tom was great! He was so easy to communicate with and quick to answer all questions! Payments and planning were all done online which made the process much easier, less paperwork to carry around!
Tom and Cindy exceeded all of our expectations! Our dance floor was full the entire night and our photobooth pictures are great!
