Estate planning is one of the most important steps a person can take to ensure that their wishes are honored during a temporary or permanent medical illness and for the distribution of their estate at the time of their death. Probate is the legal process through which a deceased person's estate is properly distributed to heirs and designated beneficiaries and any debt owed to creditors is paid. Probate property is distributed according to the decendent's last will and testament, if there is one, or according to state law if no will exists.
Bonnie Brown relocated from Southern Illinois to the Treasure Coast in 1982. She earned her B.S. in Psychology, Summa Cum Laude, from Barry University. She was awarded her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. Bonnie is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.

You are an unethical person. You prepare lady bird deeds for an elderly dyting person that you never met at another person's asking? you do all of this from another county and trust the person bringing it back to you really did the right thing, Oh wait - they did not bring it back to you. They just recorded it. How much did you make off of this? You are disgusting and should not be allowed to do this.
