Been flipping houses for about 10 years and have used several cabinet companies from online RTAs, to a few local companies with average satisfaction. Online retailers would take a few weeks and sometimes I couldn't wait. Local wholesalers would usually cost more but they usually had them in stock. I found Cabinet Wholesalers a few years ago and the only complaint I have is that it's sometimes difficult to get in contact with the designer. If that's the only issue, I'll take it. Would recomend.

Horrible customer service.
They will not answer my calls or emails
They scheduled my install and cancelled it on the install day.
rescheduled and after several calls and emails, the installer showed up at 3:30pm just to look at the job. He arrived the next day and completed the job in 2 days.
One week later, we found out from the counter top installers that the sink is installed wrong.
I called again and the designer Tonya answered (SHOCKER!) and said that she would see the installer today and call me back.
OK 24hrs later no call
the product is OK even being manufactured in Viet Nam, but

We were recommended to get our kitchen cabinets here by a contractor friend. Cabinets all came within 2 weeks. The installer that was recommended ruined all of our cabinets. Damaged, chipped, nails going through. Even hung them crooked and forgot spacers. a mess. And never came back to finish the job. 6 months now with an incomplete kitchen. Now we have been waiting over 3 months for a corner cabinet so we can finish our kitchen. Phone calls are not being returned and we are being totally ignored. Very unprofessional. And we have to take the installer to court to recoup our money we paid in full

Tonya Marie the sales lady. I will say Tonya was awesome and very helpful during the purchase and helping us However, installation wasn’t ending good , The day of te installation like a month later of the contract and down payment done, I received a call from Tonya at 8:49am, she wanted the remainder of final payment and call with last minute surprises changed!!!! At last minutes!!!!!, when installer were picking up the cabinet to be delivered to us and installed; We gave her authorization to charged to our credit card in record for the final balance. And we clarify that we want what we was asked

We purchased a complete set of white shaker style cabinets from them and also ordered our granite counter tops from them.
I assembled the cabinets myself and found that they are of decent construction. All plywood. Some panels where warped witch made it a little more difficult.
Overall the cabinets are decent for the price.
The problem I have is the after the sale service. One of the doors on the cabinets has a small crack in the actual finish.
I have called the store and talked to the sales person Chris several times about this. I wasn't looking for anything for free as I realized the original
