The faculty and staff have been very caring and attentive to my mother. I am appreciative of the communication between the staff and myself. The team there from Ms. Sheardine, Melissa, Sarah, Jackie, Angie, Sue, Krista, Ruby, and countless others have eased my initial fears of my mother transitioning to a long-term care facility. It's a very family oriented place and for that I am grateful. Kudos CCHRC :)

When I visited the facility I immediately noticed the difference in smell that I typically associate with convalescent facilities. This place is clean was my first thought thereafter. And as I traveled the halls and different wings I realized it was very clean.
The staff was busy yet helpful. And the administrator was friendly and made sure we knew everything we needed to know about safety during our visit.

Working with this facility has always been a breath of fresh air. They take wonderful care of their patients from the admissions process , to care from therapy and nursing departments, and especially upon discharge. I always feel like the patients that transition to our company from this facility have been well taken care of and are set up for success when continuing care at home.

Shout out to the Chase City Health and Rehab Center Staff and Nurses.
Robin Parrot, Nikki Kallam, Sarah Jones, Debbie and all the nurses, PT and aides that have made my Mom's stay and recovery a great experience. God has blessed us with you all. Not being able to visit has been difficult on us all, but to just know I can text (Robin and Nikki) or call any of you and you will facetime me back so I can see her is awesome. You all make her feel special and are so accommodating to me when I call with questions and concerns. The Parade was a big hit and I can't wait to come visit. Bless you all!!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE--I searched everywhere for a suitable place to help my 82-year-old grandma after a serious fall and broken clavicle. Chase City was kind, helpful, and professional from the very first phone call. Melissa made the admissions (and insurance) process as easy as possible, and, once admitted, my grandma could not stop talking about how friendly the staff and nurses were. She made such great friendships with EVERY single nurse and staff member that she interacted with--she was actually sad to leave and come home! And the irony is that she did NOT want to be in any type of rehab center
