Framestead provided a low cost, on-time, and professional renovation which included repairs and updates throughout the house. They were attentive to details and supportive of proposed ideas and concepts while providing alternatives to meet the same results in a cost-effective and timely fashion.

We needed a kitchen refresh and we turned to The Framestead Group to bring our kitchen back to life. We had a very specific budget and a long list of things to be changed. They managed to make it work and we… were able to update the countertops, appliances, under-counter lighting, sink and faucet. Our favorite change was extending the counter-top to a usable breakfast bar. Very professional group of people that listen to what you want and do everything they can to make it happen. We went from dark builders grade everything to a light and bright space that we just love!

We loved having Framestead remodel our master bath and upgrade our bedroom. Everyone was very professional and all craftsmen did wonderful work. We enjoyed everyone we worked with. They came and went as needed, even during the pandemic, with careful social distancing.

The team from Framestead has been amazing! They Demo’d out shower / bath and replaced it with a beautiful walk in double shower. The team is professional, clean, thorough and fun to work with. The only… problem is that I can’t keep my kids out of my new shower!!! Note: vanity wall was DIY. Framestead did shower. We have a few minor finishes and this project is done. I can’t wait to hire Framestead for the next project!

Framestead is a pleasure to work with right from the beginning. Belinda and Mike did the walk through with us and had ideas and solutions for all of the issues and things we wanted changed. We built our home in Greentree Village in Kingwood in 1988. There are truly no words to describe the transformation of our 30 year old Master Bath, Powder Bath and Kitchen update!!! This is the second time we have used Framestead, most recently to rebuild our home after Hurricane Harvey flooding. From the beginning, Mike Wimberly and the Framestead crew made us feel like we were their #1 client. Our Project Manager was awesome and kept all the trades on target and we had the best designer in the business.
